J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum Racing Tools and Techniques Suggested Crew Assignments - Feedback Wanted

There are some suggested crew guides floating around on the web. I've grabbed a few and consolidated them on a spreadsheet that has tabs for a crew with 4, 5, 6, or 7 people. I'm interested in feedback from other J/30 sailors on suggestions to update this. It should help so Rhapsody doesn't need to hold "sailing school" while cruising out every Tuesday night for a beer can race.
