J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Traveler setup

Recently installed Harken windward sheeting system on our J30. What is the preferred method of rigging the control lines. Right now we have 4:1 setup with contiuous line. We noticed that the 5/16" line falls in the forward groove created by the track and gets runover by the car as you let the traveler down. Any comments appreciated.
