I didn't have slop in the clearance holes for the pin so did not need to redrill for an oversized pin. If you do need an oversized monel pin, Martec sells them in 2 diameters larger so you can do that twice before needing a new prop. No reason why if you had access to a drill press you couldn't drill a true hole yourself. I imagine a savvy bike shop owner might have access to those resources :-)
I had to replace the pin because it was bent. A hammer and punch did the removal trick. If I hadn't already pulled the shaft for other reasons, this could have been done on the boat. I must say it looks really nice now since I could easily use a buffing wheel with the parts disassembled.
