I just bought a new set of Lewmar Ocean Series hatches from Layline yesterday. Certainly not the cheapest way to go but Henry at Layline owns a J/30 and could not have been more helpful. As the thread on hatches says you should order an Ocean 60 for the large hatch and two Ocean 10s for the small openings. Order both with no flange. He also recommeneded a sealer which I think is called 3M 101, and had some other advice and installation tips. Good Luck
