J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Spinnaker Pole Bridles

I'm getting ready to replace the bridles on our spinnaker pole. I've seen that many boats are now using rope bridles. I was wondering what I should be using to replace the wire?
