Taras - The requirement to carry the #2 genoa was eliminated in the 2005 rules changes. The intention of rule 6.2.1 is that you are required to have onboard the mainsail, #1, #3 and spinnaker. The #2 is optional and can be carried in addition to the 4 required sails. Additionally, you can carry a spare spinnaker that is only supposed to be used if the primary spinnaker is damaged.
