Better visibility of Users & Boats!

The list of users has been updated so now when you select User List from the menu, you see the Boat Name and Hull number associated with the individual user names. You have to be logged in to view the list. Where we know a registered user owned a J/30 but we don't know which one, has been annotated. Users who either currently own, or once owned a J/30 should have the appropriate boat information appear.
