J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum Racing Tools and Techniques prepping the prop

I use paste wax as a thick coat but don't rub it off. I also make sure the prop gets scraped with a green scrub pad every couple of weeks. Growth doesn't seem to be bad where I am in Newport until mid July, so it's ok until then. Later in the summer the bottom and prop require cleaning every week.
