CPYC may be able to work something out if you would like to leave your boat there prior to head off to BIRW.
About your engine overheating problem, I had a problem like that a few years ago. Turned out to be the raw water pump had "clearanced" itself. It looked fine, I had installed a new impeller but it would not pump water or enough water. I replace the whole assembly and it worked fine. You could try removeing the back cover on the pump and sanding it on a flat surface or try turning it over.
