Boat was surveyed by potential buyer last week. Found 2 spots of moisture on top deck near hatch. Owner has had it professional repair done, it was about 12x 12 repair of core. Survey found very little moisture in hull. Anyone interested I will provide you direct contact number of the surveyor to speak with.
