J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Wooden blocks at the partners

I'm thinking of using Spartite this time when I pull the mast for maintenance. Currently it is shimmed with wooden wedges. How have people who have used Spartite been able to make it so the mast is in the correct position, and there is enough space to allow the Spartitie to flow when it is poured?
