For the cruising sailor of a J30. I have a Dutchman Main, Dacron, full battens and the topping lift to go with it. This is a method of dropping the main and having it flake itself on the boom. I believe it has about 4 Michigan seasons on it as a Dutchman.
I don't know what its worth but I would trade for a decent racing main, Dacron, Pentex or String. as long as it has some life left in it.

Don,

Tell me about the condition of the mainsail. I have a sailing school with a J30 and need a sail that is durable, with plenty of daysailing life remaining.
