The fold up table design is one I've seen on a friend's Catalina 30. I like how it completely folds up against the bulkhead without taking any space out of the center of the boat.

I'll snap a photo of mine next time I am down there. If I were to get another boat I would build a similar design. I love it, but you can really only comfortably eat with two people at it.
