Yes they are in business. I agree with the comments about last century business practices. Try calling 401.739.1140

When I needed something in the past, they were able to help me on the phone.

By phone... not a good idea. whistle
They will understand nothing because of my french accent, and I am very very bad in english talking by phone (I am better writting !! because I can take time to find my words).

Too bad for them, I will find an other supplier.

Down here in New Orleans we have over 10 J-30s and most of our parts, rigging, canvas and sails are done by North Sails. They have great pricing and service so if you need anything, these guys can help. They are knowledgeable of all class rules.

The parts one might buy for a 25+ year old J/30 from Rig-Rite are low volume, custom, or out of production, so I don't have high expectations. I've been pleasantly surprised that two orders, last year and this spring, were filled and shipped the next day. Looked them up online and called in, no issues, fairly priced.
