Sold - Computer Keels Compukeel J/30 Class Keel Templates
You want to spend the time to properly template your keel to class specifications to obtain best performance. These really made a difference in Rhapsody for pointing. These assembled templates list for $645 from Computer Keels so at $150 they are a great deal.

• Templates are CAD generated Mylar attached to thick cardboard sheet and stiffened with 1"x2" wooden frame
• Includes leading and trailing edge mylar tapes marked with measurement points
• Includes leading and trailing edge templates to make shaping easier
• Detailed fairing instructions provided by Compukeels included in a binder with a set of the class rules keel measurement data

The pole will be used at the NAs 11-14 September and is available after that.

The inside diameter of the carbon pole is 2.5 inches and can accommodate alternate end fittings. You should insulate any metal fitting used with a collar to prevent electrolysis at the carbon interface. The Forespar end fittings are UXP-200EF composite and isolated with a collar part number Forespar BU-200-250. The screws used to hold the assembly together are stainless pan head with nylon washers under the heads to prevent the SS from contacting the carbon. The screw holes in the pole are slightly larger than the screws. The end fittings are tapped for the screws.

12.5' poles, are expensive to ship. Don you should see if Wildcat could bring back for you after the event. Looks like only a little more than an hour from Oxford to Rockwood.
