If you are going to buy a J30 one of the nicest and best equipped is Twilight Zone in Annapolis. In great shape and well cared for with, pressure water, Refrig., and still fast. I have sailed on this boat and rafted up with the owners, if I was looking for a J30 it would be on the top of my list.
