Last summer, noticed some moisture at the chainplates. Removed them and resealed the deck fitting but noticed a little extra moisture from the bulkhead when tightening the chainplates back down.
Will check again in the spring for rot damage but, in the meantime (-25degC today, so have some time to think about these things), has anyone used CPES to reinforce water damage in the bulkhead?
Interested in the pros, cons or "don't ever do that" advice.
