We have a set of padeyes just behind the set of stanchions by the shrouds. We mounted small harkens w/swivel bases on these and they live there. The tweaker lines have another small harken with swivel base on the end, these lines go through the harkens on the padeyes and then are cleated at harken cleats mounted on the outside of the handrail at its rear end. Easily accessible for the crew doing the guy and/or sheet. We run our heavy sheet and guy inboard of the lifelines through the tweakers. Our light sheet and guy run outboard of the lifelines and don't have tweakers. We generally don't bother but if we do need to tweak the light guy we put a snatch block on a stanchion base.
