The sheaves at the front of my boom used to pull on the main outhaul and to reef the main are shot. One has completely fallen apart and the other is close to breaking. The sheaves are 1" in diameter, 1/2" wide. They are mounted ona broze insert which slips over a stainless steel post. The bore on the insert appears to be either 3/8" or 7/16". Has anyone replaced these and can tell me where to find them ?

Layline provided me with the main halyard sheaves. I would suggest giving them a call to see if they can source the ones for the outhaul.
