2 -1/2 x 3/4" cross cut white ash rails, 7/8" stainless steel tube spacers recessed 1/4" into wood rail, 4" 5/16/18 bolts screwed into blind mounted cabin top stainless steel rails , use large washers between stainless steel spacers and deckhead to prevent the spacers from digging into the interior fiberglass skin and compressing the balsa core when tightening the bolts.

Exterior Grab Rails:
Manufactured made by Fred Caldwell at CMI Marine in Weymouth Mass. 781-337-0733. He does stainless steel work for Whaler power boats and the quality is good. The price was approx. $150 deposit +$250 for the pair. Attached is a drawing. Note the 1/2" difference in height between end and center mounts to accommodate the curvature of the cabin top.
I used the old rails for grab rails at the companion way...very handy.
