J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum Photo Forum Vee Jay Helm record broken by 7 year old. Xmas week 2009

Sophie Lusty of Belle Faster broke her brother's Vee Jay youngster driver record today. At seven she had no trouble driving Vee Jay with its antique stainless steel ladder hiking stick. Her brother has started foredeck training by watching Dad show him how not to attach a light weight spin sheet.
They didn't think the fins were really sharks.
