The 2007 North Americans are only about a month away. Where is all the excitment? Who's racing? How many out of town boats are sailing? Four Long Island Sound district boats are planning to travel to Annapolis. Smiles and Fuzzy Wuzzy by trailor, Blue Meanie by water and Fat City as a loaner.
