Worst case assuming a rectangle is 30' x 11.5' = 345 sqft
Assume 50% coverage due to boat shape and areas not covered by non-skid = 172.5 sqft

1 Gallon @ 80 sqft isn't enough
2 gallons at 160 sqft is almost enough.....

I'd say 2 gallons should do the trick since companionway, mast area and along the toe rails does not get non-skid.

Are you sanding the original pattern smooth before application? I'd be interested to see how this turns out.
