Alright folks, she is high and dry and my welds held. Thanks so much to russ for the specs and everyone else for their help, it really came in handy. She seems pretty steady with 7 stands instead of 9, we weren't setting any speed records pulling her back but she seemed to settle right in. All told we spent about 1,400, so it was a real budget build and it will definitely save money in the form of storage fees in the years to come.
