I am just wrapping up doing Rhapsody behind the keel from the bottom. I believe the layup schedule you list is correct. Did you find one side wetter than the other? The stbd side core was saturated and port side just damp.

Below is a picture similar to the area you show from the top, recored from the bottom, after building up the area I ground out in the center that had saturated and damaged glass from a grounding that must have occurred early in the boat's life. The glass had turned black there and when the boat was on the hard occasionally would weep. I also recored outside this area so the entire area was dry and has a strong area to spread the load, rather than just the small area ground out. The seam at the keel to hull joint was ground out and filled with thickened epoxy for a smooth transition.
