The recent inspection came up with wet core spots in hull ... to offset that unknown quantity I have reduced the price to $12,999 loaded on your trailer.

Naples Boat Yard sitting on stands and can be viewed there with an OK from me, who is 1500 miles north for most of the summer. For someone with access to a trailer this price is below the value of the parts. None of the core problems seem to require more than removal of outer skin and replace core/skin. I would really like to see this boat go back up to the NE fleets.
