J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Shaft replacement

I replaced the rubber tube last year. Had to chisel out the clamps on the log tube. Don't know why things were asembled that way. Didn't damage the log tube with the chiseling and it went back together easily. I had the shaft balanced at the same time. Runs nicely.
