Can I have the contact info for your "good machine shop"? I would be well advised to discuss refurb with them. Even with shipping costs added to a bill that might run over twice your cost, that is a really preferable alternative to the great RIGGING ONLY price for new Harkens which is the best that I have seen by just over $100/pair.
