I am painting the hull and rudder on Rauzer II hull #448 and would like to know the best procedure and material to use to bed the rudder pintle straps. It did not appear as though there was any bedding compound on the old bolts or around the mounting holes when I took it apart. Anyone have any experience or references on this?
