thanks for the info. My hull 27 has a very large partners, larger than the later hull nos. The rig tuning recommendations call for moving the mast all the way back and set the fore stay to a fixed length. Mine is 2 inches to short and I will have to add a extension to the bottom of my forestay. perhaps this will give me some weather helm because I dont have any now till about 12 knots of apparent wind.
