alan , a company in calif.has parts for the winches,when i rebuilt mine i was in contact w/arco and the calif co. i can't think of the name and i will see if i have the number in my file but i seem to recall the info was in the old forum maybe it is archived someplace? i do have an exploded drawing of the 2 speed 27 self tailer if your intrested w/original part numbers
