We run our spin lines inside the lifelines. I believe the J24s also do this (at least I got the idea from a J-World J24 video). Twings or snatch blocks are still necessary to keep the guy off the shrouds and to shape the spin. We use snatch blocks to reduce the clutter of control lines associated with twings.
