I still think I have a prop problem. When I put the shifter into forward or reverse I have plenty of thrust but a lot of vibration - like something is out of balance. If I throttle back and go into reverse for a second then shift back into forward It seems to clear up the problem and the vibration goes away. There isn't a significant change in the amount of thrust, just in the amount of vibration when I do this.
