In the summary of changes, adds to the list:

• Provides administrative reference to J/30 insignia on sail plan that was misplaced when rules were updated over time (5.15.3)

5.15.3 Design of the insignia shall be as indicated in the sail plan shown in the class specifications.

Class Specifications (modifies existing last page) - proposed
adds the following words:
Sail Plan added to top of page as title, and

J/30 insignia per rule 5.15.3 added as caption on scaled drawing of J/30 logo.
