Thanks Bill ... On 526 today, I was able after 5 minutes of blindly fishing from one side to realize that I would be better off fishing from both sides under the water tank ... was able to get a 1/2 in. line under the tank once both probes hit each other. On 505 I had to use a chisel to get the opening wide enough for 3/4. But this pump is 1/2 out which is good just to keep the teak and holly from a little overflow.
As I currently have access to the transom will run it out next to the manual with a loop.
I almost could have forced the 1/2 tube through the conduit behind the ice box on the stb side where the two diesel lines are ... that would have been a fall back option. It went in about 12 in. but started to give a problem ... and the drain next to the fuel tank also needed some clearing out.
having had to clean out the anchor well with a hose to get it clear of mud and drain a week ago I would not vote for Ting into that line.
