Teamwork involves these basic concepts:
(1) Learning how to share responsibilities
(2) Taking pride in the accomplishments of others
(3) Altruism with an unselfish attitude
(4) Removing the "i" to use "we"
(5) Thinking win-win
(6) Requires the use of leadership and coaching to leverage each others skills in a positive way
If you apply these basic things into sailing efforts, regatta and party planning, good things will happen.
