1. new solenoid shut off for gas well to be wired to switch next to main fuse panel if that is still good ... This solenoid may need to be replaced every 5 years or so.
2. new pressure meter for well
3. new bottle for well that doesn't really hold enough gas for decent cruising ... so get two, but you can't keep spare in boat unless you find a space on deck
4. 20 ft high pressure hose and fittings. Original came with copper tube ... but that won't fly today.
5. shut off in battery compartment under sink
6. select marine gimbal stove and install mountings near to where the originals were.
7. allocate about 15 hours labor if you haven't done it before.
I think you can probably get this in under $800 materials. I've taken two out but are keeping them for the "NO" [next owner] or if I ever get my mountain top camp.
The problem is cooking underway and the need for gimbal mounting and the ability to hold a pot in position. Other than that a lot of new boats use a small microwave as their only stove at a slip.
