Swim ladder

My boat has a swim ladder that I assume may be original to the boat. It is missing the swing down portion of the ladder- Does anyone have an idea how to find the matching part? See attachment

Roger - the swim ladder wasn't a J/30 stock item. The best bet is to have a metal shop bend & weld some SS tubing to fabricate the missing portion. That way all the mounting holes remain the same on the boat.
