- Bottom, transom, parts of hull recored
- All waste hoses and head 2008
- Removable stern ladder 2008
- Automatic bilge pump 2008
- Boomkicker
2009 Upgrades- Deck recored
- New antiskid deck
- All deck hardware drilled and recaulked
- Solar panel
2010 Upgrades- Pettit mist grey on deck
- Recore cockpit
- Pettit semi gloss topcoat on cockpit and all deck trim
- Pettit Bright red/ maroon custom blend on transom and cabin sides
- Recaulk all stanchion except bow
- Custom oak saloon table similar dimension to original
- Caulk deck hull seam
- Added slugs and batten cars to main sail
- Sail care mark 4 sail cradle
- New main cover
- Replaced 2 main halyard sheaves
Other equipment- VHF, Depth/Knot, windspeed
- Spinnaker pole
- Ground tackle
- 1 Main 2006 excellent condition w/slugs
- 1 Main good condition
- #1 tape drive good
- #2 dacron fair
