Bob Rutsch Governor at Large Joined: Apr 2000 Posts: 679 Maryland, USA	Does this do it? Permitted under CR 5.4.1.10: Substitution of plastic for wood toe rails. What's the issue with the portlights? There is no standard boat weight but at the NA's the measurer often checks for draft stripes or verifies float lines according to CR 5.14.1.
