J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Districts Southern New England District NBYA Super Thursday Event - Thursday 5 July 2012

Ahoy SNE J/30 Sailors,

There is an NBYA regatta on Thursday 5 July 2012 that will be hosted by Bristol YC and raced in the North part of the bay just west of Hog Island. Since this event is adjacent to the 4th of July, we realize many have their crew off doing other things.

So, lacking crew a few of us have decided to enter the doublehanded class to race. The link to the NOR is here

So far we have Rhapsody & Nemesis registered. I think Wicked will be racing too.

TK said that he didn't think it could match the Air Show ... and upper NB is just too wussy for him.

Thanks Bill. It looked like Mark was only 3 or 4 boat lengths from finishing at the time limit. It was a good night to be lighter on crew weight!
