J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Extra Cooler for Cruising?

My wife and I will be cruising to Block Island next week and I would like to carry an extra cooler for water and beer etc. The Coleman Extreme coolers are supposed to be a good brand.

Can anyone recommend a cooler size and a good location to store down below? We will be cruising with the quarter birth cushions removed and with the cabin table installed.
