We purchased Hooligan (hull #203) out of NC 8 years ago. At that time it did well on the race course. We have only cruised Hooligan since then so the sail inventory is now dated, but fine for cruising.

Hooligan has quite a few nice features. It's an early model layout, but the cockpit is dry thanks to some nicely executed coamings. The interior is in good condition, including cushions, bulkhead, and cabin sole. There is pressure water with a retractable cockpit shower. The engine has the fresh water cooling upgrade and starts reliably. Even the first start in the spring takes just a few cranks. The Nexus instrument package with GPS includes 4 displays. There is a Harken windward sheeting traveler and double ended mainsheet. There are tapered spin sheets with Harken ratchet blocks and two anchors with rodes. The prop, starting battery, alternator and regulator are all new this year.

On the down side, the deck needs to be painted, however it appears to be dry except for one soft spot at a stanchion base. Included equipment not installed includes a pair of Spinlock halyard clutches, a 12V inverter, and a 120V marine battery charger.
