I uncovered the boat on Saturday and hauled it down to a heated building for spring work. Meanwhile Lake Erie still has 30" of ice covering the lake and this morning the temperature was a balmy 9 degrees.

We want spring! I was up at the boat yesterday bottom sanding. It's in the 20s and too cold to do epoxy work or paint. Supposed to have a couple warm days in the low 50s later this week. Hopefully the paint and epoxy work can be done.

Though it did get to 60 twice in the past week including Saturday, we have six inches of new snow with flurries continuing today in Maryland, so Punxsutawney Phil was right this year.
