The length in feet is stamped in the red plastic near the ends. There are also suitable subs in other brands tnan Morse.

Thanks for that info but the boat is in the Azores and I want to buy a new cable before bringing her to the UK this summer.I never got the measurement before leaving her for the winter. The cable snapped prior to sailing from Halifax to Terceira in August. I got a repair done to the cable but want to have a spare on board.

Can anyone answer what the length of the cable is? I'm at the London boat show on Sat and want to buy one.
