Does anyone have a model/order# for the little keelplug which drains the bilge during wintertime.
I tried different plumbing stores which didn't carry them.
it is a 1/4 hexagon plug/cap.
Now , how do you call these things...

My boat, at least, has no such drain. Perhaps yours is retrofitted with one?

This is a good unit, as it can be flush mounted:

40 dollars for this?
I only need the plug, which I know 1/4".
Hope to spend only $3...

stlll don't have a part #
Don't know if it's retrofitted, I discovered mine when I stripped the bottom.
Eric, maybe yours is covered with paint,
it's about 10 inches down on the starboard side of the keel.
It's connected with the bilge.

Wow! Maybe I should install one of these based on my recent finding in this thread: http://j30.us/ubb/Forum10/HTML/000811.html

Jason - since you've had the boat apart, what location would be the best place to install this? I obviously had success 1 inch behind the keel with the hole I drilled.

Stefan - look on this page: http://store.hamiltonmarine.com/browse.cfm/2,332.html
The sell just the replacement screw for $12.99
