David Erwin J30.us Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 891 New Orleans, LA, USA	A question from a competitor at the 2016 NAs in Annapolis is asking about a rule interpretation regarding the use of Eelsnot. This would be very similar to the use of applying Teflon polish to a bottom of foils. Please let us know opinions here in this posting thread. LChristy J/30 Class Measurer Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 156 Annapolis, MD US	Based on the Eelsnot product literature there is no evidence that the product ejects or releases a substance that improves the character of the flow of water inside the boundary layer.
