Looking to trailer a J30 using a trailer with fixed bunks rather than pads. What is the distance from the bottom of the boat a spot 28 inches back from the keel, to the bottom of the keel? This is where the bunks will settle, about 56"s apart.
Not sure if this is to late or not. My trailer is custom built from a mobile home trailer. Keel is 8 inches from the road surface. Bunks are adjustable for height. Currently stern is 50 inches to bottom of keel and forward is 53.
