Finally - after years of cutting down material as it breaks - I am trying to replace the u-shaped plastic track guides on either side of the main hatch. Anyone know where to find material to replace this old, broken track?
Also, still looking for a decent #2 (~140) Thanks!

The Waterline Systems website lists the PVC hatch tracks, but there appear to be some questions about their future. They would be worth checking. If you find a source, let us know. I have a chip in my port side track and should replace it soon. http://waterlinesystems.com/shop/boats/hatch-slide-extrusion-pvc-10004/

Thank you for the great referral to Waterline Systems! I tried their web site and discovered that:
(1) they moved to North Kingstown on December 17, and
(2) there is a glitch in their ordering system that rejected my order because of a problem with the 'method of payment' not being accepted for my state.
I left a voice message and an e-mail message asking for help in completing this order (they did not answer their phone) and am assuming that they are struggling with set-up issues in their new facility. But it does appear that they are still in business - more on this later, after I (hopefully) hear back from Waterline.

Thank you, Rob! I called them today and learned that Waterline Systems is indeed alive and well in their new space in North Kingstown, but they're having some problems getting the kinks out of their web site ordering software.
So, I did just what you did and ordered over the phone. Talked with Gordon, who was very happy to help me. Thanks so much for your help!

Any thoughts on using a stainless replacement. Seems like these tracks are always in the line of fire and something more durable might be good.

SS is pricey and overkill. You can get anodized aluminum C channel and cut it to length. See this old thread.
