Please check the attached photo.

I can't seem to find this hose in any of the Yanmar drawings. Does anyone have a part number for it?

I think it is Pc 104564-49210. I have a PDF parts catalog and will try to post it to the board.

When I replaced the mixing elbow on my boat I found I had a problem with the existing coolant hose (it leaked at the ends). I simply replaced it with a section of cooling hose I had available on the boat. It works just fine so far.

@nightowl-- i tried replacing with regular coolant hose but it can't make the bend with out kinking. Water still gets through- the temp gauge is not indicating too hot-- but the reduced flow concerns me.

Try that part number I posted. One of the Yanmar dealers nearby can order it.

On mine i was able to get a fairly straight shot to the elbow, but it could still be better. I will try to find a better solution that won't risk collapse. Or I could try to get a replacement from Tacoma Diesel.

You can also get reinforced heater hose that won't kink.
